ARUXIA is expanding its portfolio in the Rhine-Main region: With the acquisition of a 15-unit apartment building in Mainz-Kastel, the company is investing in the Wiesbaden area for the first time and continuing its growth trajectory in the existing residential real estate sector.

In the third quarter, ARUXIA GmbH acquired an apartment building in Wiesbaden’s Mainz-Kastel district. With the purchase of this residential property, which comprises 15 residential units, the owner-managed residential real estate company is expanding its portfolio to include its first location in the Wiesbaden/Mainz-Kastel area, thereby strengthening its presence in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region.
The apartment building is located in an established residential neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine and is well connected to the surrounding area via public transportation and the A66 and A671 highways. The micro-location is characterized by stable residential demand, a mix of long-term residents and new tenants, and good local amenities.
“Mainz-Kastel is an exciting residential location in the Rhine-Main region with solid demand and well-developed infrastructure. The property aligns very well with our focus on existing residential properties with development potential,” says Daniel Bichler, managing partner of ARUXIA GmbH. “With this acquisition, we are laying the groundwork to further expand our activities in the region and provide stable, affordable housing over the long term.”
