• Technical upgrading and modernization of existing buildings
• Renovation of empty apartments and occupied properties
• Management and monitoring of external service providers, tradesmen and construction companies
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and cost budgets in all project phases
• Preparation and submission of building applications, including coordination with approval authorities
• Carrying out technical due diligence to evaluate potential acquisition properties
• Coordination and control of maintenance and renovation measures
• Preparation of reports, profitability analyses and documentation on project progress

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, TGA or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, especially in the renovation and conversion of existing properties
• Good knowledge of building and planning law and experience with building applications
• Confident handling of planning and tendering software and Microsoft Office
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
